I have completed a four years program in which I have complete an associate of science degree in Hospitality and accommodation studies and a Bachelors of science degree in Travel Tourism and Hospitality Management.

Check in and out guests, ensure all customers needs are met. Do invoices for customers, upsell hotel rooms, operate all outgoing and incoming calls, balance and check off end of shift report.
