Implement airport safety management systems; investigate accidents and incidents; monitor incident accident reports for trends, conduct trend analysis; write SOPs; enforce safety procedures; ensure safety measures are in line with regulatory requirements

Implement aviation security measures and enforce procedures; Write Security Manual and SOPs; monitor security officers to ensure compliance; oversight for Aviation Security Assistants; enforce and monitor security screening requirements; develop, write and deliver security training programmes; Train new recruits and airport staff
