Supervising a team of five personnel’s
 Perform, co-ordinate as well as supervise all shift maintenance activities with the engineering team to deliver predictive, preventive, corrective and autonomous maintenance on container handling equipment decreasing breakdown times, delivering root cause analysis thus increasing equipment availability, yield and efficiency.
 On-shift Electro-mechanical Engineer solving majorly electrical issues on container handling equipment such as Gottwald Mobile Harbor Cranes, Liebherr Mobile Harbor Cranes (Bromma Spreaders), Terex and Taylor Reach Stackers, etc.
 Effectively communicating work performed, engineering improvement suggestions and equipment statuses via written and verbal communications including daily and monthly equipment maintenance reports.
 Oversee, supervise and inspect all engineering maintenance projects including major equipment parts replacement, new equipment/machinery assemblies and or installation.
