It was my responsibility to reconcile and balance the production and raw material reports by the use of the Microsoft Software including; Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Also the only ordering of Raw Materials through the use of the ACC Pac software. It was also my duty to carry out the operations of the office such as time cards and attendance records, the ordering and monitoring of stationeries and taking messages which came in via telephone/email.
