My academic background over the years has indeed distinguished my profile from others as of the various credentials. I have attained eight CXC (Caribbean Examination Council) subjects during my tenure at Norman Manley High School. I went on to another Secondary Institution by the name City College where I attended sixth form and acquired an additional nine CAPE (Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination) subjects. The subjects to which I obtained during Secondary Level Education are all rounded in nature which really speaks about my ability to accomplish a myriad of tasks in different ways under various circumstances.
The ever-changing and Hercules tasks which were a part of my previous work experience as a Business Development Representative gave me sense of purpose, especially as it came on to communicating with persons from different backgrounds and ethnic groups. As a result, I gained considerably customer service skills to resolve issues and complaints such as service interruptions, billing disputes and delivery delays were vigorously exercised. Not to mention call-volumes on a daily basis, this brought out various strengths and weaknesses. However, patience and a steady determination paved a successful path which in my view would be relevant to the current job offering.
Personal skills indeed are an asset which provided a particular tenacity in my work ethics. I also bring to the table strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Database Applications. Additionally, being a people person is what describes that of a team player and it exhibits resourcefulness especially in times of need; which in my perspective is beneficial to my work. Overall, I believe that I have the required experience and skill to undertake this position at your company and become a valuable member of your team.
