I am a Manchester high School Graduate for the year 2011, where I have completed my secondary education. I have gained knowledge of Electronic Document Preparation Management (EDPM) on Document preparation work ethics relating to an Office Administrator and Information Technology (IT) . I have also completed my studies of Management of Business which allows me to be groomed for the world of work. I have gained working experience at the Mandeville Court House which was voluntarily done and the position as a General Merchandiser and a sales representative at MegaMart Wholesale Club in Mandeville. I was a promoter of Wisynco Company of Jamaica. I was employed as a Debt Collector for Nationwide Recovery Association at Global Gateway Solutions. Xerox /Amazon and currently at Sutherland Global/Exeter Finance Corp as a Debt Collector.

I have been taught and trained as it relates to the field of Customer Service at HEART Trust NTA where I have gained a certificate
