Achievement/Result: a. Successfully developed and submitted Operational Manual of the Government Digitization Center, which led to the approval of operational programme for the work of the department; b. Additionally produced the following: Production Preparation Guidelines; Orientation Document; Training Plan; Human Capital Management Plan; and Disaster Risk Reduction Guidelines.

Achievement/Result: Support to the implementation of the Eastern Caribbean Enhanced Direct Access (EDA) Project, funded by the Green Climate Fund (GCF), which resulted specifically the accreditation of new Direct Access Entities (DAEs), within the OECS.

Under the supervision of the Section Chief, Translation and Documentation Section, executed the following:
• Reviewed all relevant official documents that contain rules of procedure regarding the processing and distribution of operational and nonoperational documents for the consideration of decision-making bodies on the IDB Group, including the rules of the IDB and IIC Boards of Executive Directors and their committees, the Boards of Governors, the MIF Donors Committee, and senior management.
Achievement/Result: Development of several manuals for both operational and non-operational matters, covering rules of procedures, distribution, and processing for: The Board of Governors and Board of Executive Directors of the Bank (IDB), The Board of Governors and Board of Executive Directors of the Corporation (IDB Invest, the Donors Committee of the IDB LAB (MIF), the Board of Executive Directors related to both the Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI), and the Office of Evaluation and Oversight (OVE) documents.
