Hi my name is Dwight Dwyer my experience in food industry is very good but a little challenging at time. my greatest strength is to put my best interest by do new menu and put pride in my job i love great result of my production and work of what i do. my greatest weakness is cook not properly prep- menu sometime its hard to bring back the menu to its original flavour or to make the flavour execute effectively have bin in a hard deal with that before so i know. But what makes my work challenging is to deal with difficult people amongst me that what makes my work challenging otherwise in a excellent worker and i give god thanks.
