Annica Mitchell

 I have been trained by Hearts\NTA TRUST for four days about dealing with the different types of customers and working well with coworkers. My skills consist of me being able to work well with others, clear communication skills, a good organizer, being punctual and being able to adapt to change as quickly as possible.
