I am responsible for the recruitment, training and direct management of the UK independent pharmacy OTC field account managers who work within the consumer healthcare division. I have full responsibility for sales KPI's and the delivery of the national wholesale strategy within the independent pharmacy channel. I work closely with the brand, wholesale and shopper marketing teams to deliver the consumer healthcare growth targets and maximize visibility, distribution and the long-term brand development of the full OTC portfolio.
