Good day,
In regarding of my skills I have call centre experience and customer service and training at two well know companies which will be listed in my experience. My specialties are adapting quickly t a new environment and my communication skill with new people that helps me to fit in quickly with my co-workers and supervisors. My experience starts from Insurance companies then I decided to go into customer service. The first Insurance company was GK(Grace Kennedy) Insurance which mainly consisted of filing and scanning documents. The last insurance company I worked was at MGI (Maritime General Insurance) Brokers which also had filing and scanning but it also had a lot of uploading of document and some Microsoft excel work. After those two jobs I went to work for Sutherland Global for about a 1 year and now I currently work at Digicel. My ultimate goal is to get a job that enables me to travel.
