A privately owned company, the principals are: Vern on Sewell – Managing Director, George Scarlett – Director/Technical Manager, Steven Sewell – Director/Technical Manager, Shirley Sewell - Director. Floors Unlimited provides a wide array of services including janitorial, carpet and fabric cleaning, natural stone restoration (marble and terrazzo), post-construction cleaning and Daily Attendants’ services. We offer floor maintenance programmes for all types of floor finishes to include resilient hard floors and carpeting. Our staff has been duly trained to perform these tasks by senior management staff who are certified by Stone Care International and National Training Centre in the field of floor restoration for Stone and Masonry Trade, Bane Clene Institutere carpet cleaning and Cleaning Management Institute in regards to janitorial services. Our company has expertise in providing quality maintenance services for commercial, industrial and residential properties of all kinds and our janitorial service packages are designed to meet our clients’ individual needs and situation. For contract services, we offer standard and tailor-made janitorial packages, designed to meet our client’s individual needs. Our high standard of work has been reflected in our people as both our management and supervisory staff are trained and certified. They in turn train our janitorial staff to the accepted industry standard. Jacqueline O’Brien Bloomfield – Administrative Manager Brings a wealth of knowledge in administration and has over 20 years experience working with several leading organizations in Jamaica. She also acts in the capacity as customer relations manager. Steven Sewell – Senior Technical Manager He captains our extraordinary crew of floor restoration specialists who are trained specifically in floor maintenance notably marble and terrazzo. Christopher Bryan – Operations Manager Ten (10) years experience in janitorial and related services, moving through the ranks from senior supervisor to Operations Manager. George Scarlett – Senior Technical Manager Over Twenty (20) years experience in janitorial services at various levels of Management. Our management teams are hands on and are involved in the day to day operations and supervision of our cleaning contract and restoration service.
